Better propose
At "Business Communication in Simple English":
In February, a customer had to cut back their plans back, so they wanted to reduce their order for Menttal (UNIT 85). Our hero, Katsunori and his boss, John offer their customer a more favorable price (UNIT 89).
Kay Fujimoto, assistant instructor, said that was good strategy, but I don't think so. In fact, price down is very bad propose. Because it makes revenue down.
Katsunori and John said that -- "If cost is an issue, we may be able to offer a more favorable price."
I think they had to say that -- "If the payment schedule is an issue, we may be able to offer a later due date."
